V-Kitchen will be serving their signature smoked meats, with a choice of either oak smoked pulled beef or applewood smoked chicken, along with homemade trimmings such as naked slaw, pinto bean spread, roasted cauliflower dressing, BBQ sauce, or pico de gallo sauce. V-Kitchen makes their own hand-pressed corn tortillas as well.
