The scenic courtyard of St. Andrew’s Church, 145 High Road, Willesden, will be the site of the new Flavour Lounge Willesden street food market, launching on 5 July 2015. Flavour Lounge Willesden will offer brunch and lunch from 12-5pm every Sunday afternoon.

With a mix of carefully selected vendors, Flavour Lounge Willesden will feature freshly prepared, wholesome tastes of cuisines from around the world alongside the rhythms of cultural and contemporary music.

Flavour Lounge Willesden is the newest market from Vibe Market, the group that previously ran the market at Willesden Green Library, and currently operates Cricklewood Market on Cricklewood Lane. Vibe Market also organises visiting and cultural markets.

The market aims to work with local chefs, caterers and restaurants, and those from other parts of the city, to complement the food and drink offer in the town centre.

Osita Udenson, co-founder of Vibe Market, said: “The courtyard of St. Andrew’s Church is the perfect setting for people to come together to enjoy quality food and music on a Sunday afternoon. The market will enliven this part of Willesden town centre, offer something for everyone and be a welcoming new site for those craving the best in creative street food. It is also a fantastic way for those starting out to try a new idea for a food or drink business.”
