Fire poi performers
Cricklewood will usher in the festive season with Winterfest on Saturday 23 November 2013.
The event will see the day’s activities themed around light, with a hand-made gift market, hot food stalls, street theatre, a laser-light show, arts and crafts, mulled wine, stage entertainment and carols.
The festivities will last from 1pm to 6pm outside the Crown Moran Hotel and on Yew Grove, which will be closed to traffic.
World-renowned industrial designers and makers Haberdashery London have designed bespoke festive lights for the town centre. The lights are not only unique to Cricklewood, but will also offer reduced maintenance and running costs. The lights will be switched on at 5:30pm.
Monooka and her band
With a fantastic line-up of afternoon entertainment, Winterfest is proud to feature singer-songwriter Monooka and her band. Known for her amazing vocals, clean chords, and rhymes full of feeling, the group will perform both in English and her native Romanian.
Beams of light will also illuminate the Crown Moran Hotel during Winterfest’s specially commissioned laser light show. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to see the town centre as never before.
